Refund policy

Nationwide Differential Refund Policy

Every differential and transfer case we sell is remanufactured in our Pueblo, Colorado shop and built to order. That shapes how refunds work, so please read this before you buy.

Cancelling an order. All orders are final. Because every unit is built to order, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are placed.

Returns. All sales are final. Because each unit is built to your vehicle's specifications, we do not accept returns, and because there are no returns there is no restocking fee. If your unit arrives damaged, follow the steps in our Shipping Policy and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranty claims. Problems after installation fall under our 3-Year Unlimited Mileage Parts & Labor Nationwide Warranty. See our Warranty page for coverage and how to file a claim.

Core charges. The core charge is a refundable deposit. When your old unit (the core) arrives in acceptable, rebuildable condition, we refund the core charge to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection. Cores with cracked housings, bent tubes, or similar major damage may not qualify. See our Core Return Policy for details.

Shipping costs. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the error is ours. We cover return shipping on cores and on units we ask you to send back.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to post the credit.
