Shipping policy

We ship from Pueblo, Colorado to addresses in the United States. International shipping may be available, with certain restrictions. Please call 719-460-7267 to ask about international shipping.

Flat-rate shipping. Each product has one flat shipping rate, shown at checkout, based on the size and weight of the unit:

The rate for your product is calculated at checkout before you pay. If you order more than one product, each product is charged its own flat rate and no shipping discounts apply. For details on shipping multiple products, please call Nationwide Differential at 719-460-7267.

Build and ship time. Every unit is built to order. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after we confirm your vehicle details. Custom builds can take longer, and we will tell you the timeline when you order.

VIN confirmation. Before we ship, we call you to confirm your VIN and the gear ratio so the right part goes out the first time. Your order will not ship until we reach you, so please answer or return our call.

Tracking. We email tracking information as soon as your unit ships.

Delivery and damage. Differentials and transfer cases are heavy and ship by freight or ground carrier. Inspect your package at delivery. If you see shipping damage or handling problems, contact Nationwide Differential within 24 hours of delivery at 719-460-7267 and note it on the delivery receipt. You must document the damage with photos, including photos of how the delivery looked before you opened it (showing any obvious shipping damage or handling issues).

Core return shipping. We pay return shipping on your core. Call us within 30 days of purchase to schedule pickup. See our Core Return Policy.

Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address you entered may incur re-delivery charges.
